Scratch Therapy is a gentle and relaxing type of therapeutic touch, using light scratching and tracing movements with the tips of the fingers and nails. It helps to relieve stress and anxiety, improves circulation and sleep whilst also boosting your mood as your brain floods your body with endorphins, leaving you with a sense of calm and peace.

ABOUT ME

My name is Paula. As a little girl I always loved to be scratched to the sleep by my mom. I could sit for hours while my mom was brushing and doing my hair. Touch is very important for us as human beings. But as we get older the touch fades and with all the daily responsibilities and stress around us, we somehow forget intimacy. Especially the ones who live alone, are single or don`t have a family anymore – a simple hug or touch is something rare.

One day I saw a video on social media on which some ladies scratched the back and head of a girl. I immediately got jealous of the girl and thought how wonderful it would be if someone would do that to me. So I started to look for such a service in Switzerland. I haven’t found anyone – the idea of me offering such a service sparked and here we are.
